Positives: Very comfortable beds and nice hotel. The heating was working perfectly, and the room was quiet.

Negatives: Could add more cutlery in the room. We struggle cutting a watermelon with a small knife, and breakfast could be improved, but it is nothing serious to stop us from coming again.

Positives: I like the atmosphere, it was friendly and easy to communicate with. The rooms were huge, clean, and lovely. The tvs were adaptable (able to connect my phone and other devices and stream). The shower was spacious. The kitchen area was a decent size. The bed was comfortable. I loved the room.

Negatives: I didn’t like the rush the staff has when it come to check out time. (Its not just this hotel but its most of them.) I understand that there was a late check out option but if somebody isnt ready at a certain time atleast ask them instead of rushing them. But in my case i had woke up late but early enough for me to be checked out at 11 but my room key wasn’t working for me to go back and retrieve my belongings. And the cleaning staff was rushing us to leave the room instead of just coming back when we leave because we were just packing up.
