Very misleading if one books reservation from the pictoral advertisement. I have come to love the hotel based on my experience with it on the east coast.
I suggest that the truth be told about how decapitated the place is to customers. Though the front desk has a great reception crew.

Cheap for a last minute stay. Very disappointed because this is far below this company's standards.

The staff was nice but they were unprofessional. The room needs a good deep cleaning and the smoke detector was missing. The towels has hair in the fibers (we went to Walmart and bought our own). The sink had hair in it...the counter needed cleaning. Elevator broken, parking lot dirty, building needs painting and trash needed to be removed.
