It was the worst hotel experience I've ever been through and I drove from Anchorage, Ak. Trash was all in places it should be. The shower curtain was dirty black at the bottom. The tile floors were cracked. The heating unit sounded it wanted to quit

It was inexpensive. I only had to stay 2 nights. The AC/Heater worked well and drowned out much of the traffic noise.

Intense Freeway noise. My TV did not work, reported it twice. The room had an odor. The staff remained locked away. That did not instill confidence. Many guests had a loud rap music concert on the steps outside my room.

The hotel was a rat hole. The room had holes in the carpet and a awful smell. The furniture was old and dilapidated and it had a 20 inch TV. The place was the worst. I would never ever stay here again. Then the staff was rude, unprofessional, and careless

It's when I use often and the staff are courteous and respectful and I cannot be bothered and it's the place that I go to get time to myself.

I hate always being put on the top floor. LOL but all in all it's more private up there so I'm not complaining. I'd rather be on the top. There's nothing I don't like about this hotel.

The location if it would have had an airport shuttle which is what showed on the website. My ride had to stay to take us to the airport and no breakfast was available.

The place was disgusting. It was dirty, had cigarette burns in the sheets, stains on the sheets, the staff was rude, the place smelled of cigarettes, the bathroom had mold the microwave was rusted and there were dead cockroaches all over the room. 0/10.
