The location is great when you are visiting a person in the hospital. The room was very clean. They allowed my pet. There are places to eat within walking distance.

I was not aware that there was a charge per day for parking until I got an email with the bill after my stay. I should have been told this when I checked in. My room had no phone. We reported it twice. Only customers who upgraded their room got breakfast

The housekeepers emptied out my room in the middle of my stay! I got my clothes from the lost and found but my jewelry is gone! They didnt even care nor offer me anything to make up for this! Not to mention being woken up by construction and brown water

Under major construction which was not disclosed prior to booking. Construction everywhere. Floors being ripped up. Lobby cut in half and sectioned off with drywall. Lobby bar and restaurant closed. They had a temp one rigged up in back. Bathroom flooded.

1.- Worst cheking in process, many people complaining at around 1am in the morning becouse they had reservations and were not given any room. 2.- I had asked for the 3rd bed (a sofa bed)to be made upon our arrival as we knew we were to get very late and were very tired,,,, it was not made nor the bedding compnents in the room, not even toilet paper in the room. 3.- THE WORST PART is that there were remodeling the whole 9th floor and we were asignated on the 8th floor. There was a paper a the front desk that there will be people working from 9am to 6pm when they started at around 6am... hammering and drilling right above our beds. CRAZY!!!, a hotel is for resting!!!! I went to see what part of the 9th floor was getting reshaped but it was completely undone, no floor no nothing, Even dangerous to be able to reach out there. 4.- This is definitely not a DOUBLE TREE, at least not by now.

Location was the only thing good here! Hotel under full renovation AVOID THIS HOTEL this was NOT a relaxing hotel stay should probably be Motel

No water for 1 full day of stay when I asked for a bottle of water to wet hair or brush teeth they want to charge me. Noise from construction EXTREMELY LOUD no way to relax in hotel. Hotel hallway smells like sewage (maybe why there is no water) AVOID
