I was given a key to a room already occupied. Walked into room with a man sleeping on a bed. Lady at the front desk was very nice about the situation. I was given another room and when I went to make coffee a used coffee pod was in the machine. It makes me question how well the staff is actually cleaning the rooms.

bathroom light was on a timer which malfunctioned so we had to use the bathroom in the dark and my husband had to shave using the mirror in the hall between the bathroom and the sleeping area
