Positives: Very cozy and clean, tastefully decorated rooms. great delicious breakfast with healthy options, especially appreciated the selection of tea. Location was very convenient, it was great that Mexican restaurant was across the street.
Negatives: Hot water for tea was placed in the thermos where coffee used to be, which affected the taste of the delicious tea . As a suggestion, it's easy to mark thermoses for hot water only to avoid the confusion for the stuff. Staff was nice, but they refused to give us water when we asked for it, "for members only" but we eere offered to buy it

Positives: The breakfast is great with a wide array of items. Our first stay (last year) was much better. The bed was comfortable.
Negatives: The bed (our recent stay) was springy, making it hard to roll over and get comfortable. The BIGGEST issue was that we were DOUBLE CHARGED for our room. This was not an issue last year when we stayed. I brought this to the attention of the staff and was told it would take 5 business days at least. THIS WAS THERE ISSUE, and a refund takes 5 days? They, also, will NOT cover any fees that are incurred from my bank for the overdraft. I find this to be unprofessional since it is THEIR MISTAKE. Since they cannot cover their mistake, we will NOT stay again when in the area. A year made a huge difference in their business.
