Positives: Having air conditioning was good.
Negatives: From check in to check out there were issues. I called to check in early and they wanted to charge me an extra day so I waited to check in till 3pm. I didn't get checked in till 4:30pm due to staffing and room not being ready. Sink was clogged

Negatives: Yes! At check in the guy was very hard to understand and was not the friendliest. Checked in and went to our room to find it had not been cleaned! The beds were slept in, there was a dirty sock and towel on the floor, and a half drank bottle of water.

Positives: Overall, the hotel wasnt bad. It was mostly clean and quiet.
Negatives: The room had a broken a/c unit that didnt cool at all. When I mentioned it to the front desk, the employee said that he was already aware due to notes. They offered no other room, or even a partial reimbursement. They also kept my $50 deposit.

Negatives: Mildew in shower, toenail clippings on the floor by the couch; I told the front desk and nothing was done about it for my stay. Also, they do NOT have a daily room clean/new towels. It's every other day. Check-In was terrible

Positives: The best aspect was the fitness center, which had dumbbells. Also, the hotel had a ton of channels, including the Red Zone channel.
Negatives: Where do I begin? It is understaffed, poorly managed, unkept, and is in a state of disrepair. If it does not change course, this place will eventually be shut down. I don't have enough characters to tell you how bad it was. For the price it is a waste.

Positives: Nothing best. Maybe the bed and a/c
Negatives: Checkin took over 35 minutes with three others ahead of me. Hotel was full of dogs and the rooms smelled funky. Elevator wouldnt work half of the times I tried to use it. Stairwell was dirty. Breakfast unattended, items not refilled, trash overflowing

Positives: Was clean and comfortable
Negatives: The inside of toilet in room 408 looked dirty , felt uncomfortable to go to the restroom , the staff faces looked like they were not happy to work there, they all had angry looks no smiles on their faces just a trans blank look in their faces , couple of times I tried to smile at them and they just looked like they were scared or angry to smile back.
