Location was close to mall and stores and the freeway. Personnel helpful. Thanksfered us to a better room.

We were given an unmarked room on the 4th floor. The toilet flush bar was broken. The cabinet of the fridge didn’t close.dead bug on the floor. Breakfast : egg and sausage was cold! Warmer didnt work.
The person for the front desk also did breakfast in the kitchen .

From check in to check out there were issues. I called to check in early and they wanted to charge me an extra day so I waited to check in till 3pm. I didn't get checked in till 4:30pm due to staffing and room not being ready. Sink was clogged
