Online photos were great, very deceptive and totally not representative of reality. Lobby looked as pictured. Rooms were moldy, dirty, carpet was worn. Padded headboards were vinyl and had large head holes. Tile in bath was missing caulk and cracked tiles

Fridge in 1 room was recessed in spot and unable to open, other room it was full of leftovers from prior tenant. Both patio doors were leaking, one would not open NoR close and lock. Light dim, pictures moldy. Pool/hot tub murky

I liked nothing about this property. I'd give it a 0 if I could. Lazy employees and very rude.

I didn't like anything about this hotel. And we found dust on everything. There was mold on the ceiling in the restroom. My allergies were up really bad inside this hotel. There was loose plug sockets. Cracks and pealing of the sheet rock in the room. Sofa sleeper for as filthy. Doesn't surprise me all the cleaning people were complaining and upset doing their jobs. The AC and heating sucked. and the room TV was messed up. I give this location a 0. There are more things to post. Like the lazy employees at the front desk.

Worst stay in Dallas area...
Positives:
Excellent breakfast, friendly & helpful staff. Beautiful hotel inside, and perfect location only five minutes from DFW Airport. Loved that the hotel had a shuttle to the airport.
Negatives:
Though there were chairs in the front part of the suite, the bedroom could have used a lounge chair or two.

There are many things Im very disappointed about. I reserved two queen beds and ended up with just a king so people ended up sleeping on the couch and floor. No air conditioning and no towels. Super disappointed in this place. No one was helpful either.

Room and bathroom were outdated-curtains with burn spots, ceiling and walls flaking, shower with dents, shower head falling off wall.Breakfast was total chaos, no order and too many people just pushing and grabbing food.

The staff was very lack luster. My child 9 was physically harmed by another occupants child staying at this hotel. Management stated it was in their best interest to not get involved as it would not solve anything and recommend we call the police. Which made no sense being they were both children. Management had several options 1. Transfer is or them to another room or facility. 2. Speak to both us parents and children and acknowledge such behavior is prohibited on the property. 3. Offer empathy to my child and apologize for what had taken place at their facility. 4. Offer other accommodations. However non of this was done. Instead as we were leaving because management never rectified the issue by addressing this with the other occupants. My wife and children were verbally harassed as we were trying to check out again by the other occupants to which the staff stood behind the counter and watched until I intervened and ask my wife and child to please leave peacefully paying them no mind. And I asked the other occupants was the example she was setting how she wanted to represent her family in your establishment. In hindsight had this been addressed properly my staff and management could have largely been avoided. It was an embarrassment for my family, all the children and other occupants in the lobby and I am very disappointed in how that was handled. Also despite what was witnessed no one from the hotel ever followed up with my wife or I regarding this incident prior to receiving this survey.
