The young lady at the front desk was very customer service-oriented, knowledgeable and helpful during the week and a day that I stayed at the hotel.
And the bathroom area smelled fresh and clean. Big plus!!!
Negatives:
Tub drain was clogged, or stopper needed replacing. And the front door had to be slammed shut, which caused a disturbance for surrounding guests.

Nothing, They took a reservation but the front deck was closed.
Negatives:
Paid for room, and took a $50 taxi ride from the airport. The lobby and front desk were closed and could not check in until 6am.I had to pay for another taxi back to the airport and sleep on airport floor.
