The Morning reception lady for Saturday was very lovely and very kind, she is the reason for the stars. Also housekeeping did a great job. Thank you to them our room was clean.

1. Water pressure Saturday morning, lukewarm water very low pressure. 2. Friday night reception guy RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL my husband had to check several times for being so disrespectful towards me.

Everything was perfect, until I left and seen a roach crawling out and around the garbage can by the elevator. It ruined it for me.

I picked this hotel because of the room and the stand alone tub which I was not able to enjoy because the water stop feature was not working properly. Other than that, the room was superb.

Husband had a surgery scheduled for the early morning and this hotel is right across the street from hospital. Check in was fast and pleasant. Enjoyed the lounge and free popcorn. Room was very clean and comfortable and felt very safe.
