Negatives: This stay was for my son and bride as part of a leg on their honeymoon. Upon their arrival, they were required to pay for their stay even though I had already paid through Booking.com. After I waited on hold 2 times while Booking.com and the property tried to sort out my payment, my son called me at midnight to tell me 2 men from the hotel were pounding on their door and told them his credit card was not working. I am absolutely astonished the hotel staff (let alone 2 men) would pound on any guests door at midnight for any reason!!! Side note: it was the hotels fault they could not process my Booking.com payment.
