I needed to let them know I'd be there a little after midnight and I was worried I wouldn't be able to check in so I called to tell them. The phone rang for like 10 mins straight at least maybe more like 20. Apparently whoever was working felt like oh well its the next guys problem. In that moment displeased was an understatement.
