Almost nothing. The one thing is a staff member [I can't remember her name], but I wish I did because I don't want the awful staff members to get credit for her customer service. I only saw her once while checking in, but she was super sweet!
Negatives:
I have never done so and I really don't want to, but I'm giving 1-star for almost everything because I had multiple issues and I couldn't get ahold of anyone for those issues. There was one nice staff member when I checked in (I wish I could remember her name. I remember she mentioned having a pink desk chair). The rest were jerks and didn't want to look up from their phones, let alone help with anything. Mostly, it was the fact that management/the owners didn't respond to any of my issues. The place itself is okay, but the lack of customer service is what made this a bad stay.

Don't stay here if you...
Positives:
The comfort of the bed. The bathroom was fully stocked with towels needed for 2 days instead of me hunting down a property worker. Peaceful, able to focus on work. I arrived at the location early and was able to check in earlier as requested for $25 fee. However, was not informed of the fee until I arrived.
Negatives:
Needs an elevator at each end of the building. I was last in room 402- 4th floor at the end of the hall which is a stretch of building. I could have parked at the stairs. However, I'm handicapped so I would not have made it up the stairs. I had to park by the front door and walk to the end of the building after getting off the only elevator to the top floor.

It was comfortable enough. I was attending a conference and was out long hours. Didn't spend much time at the hotel. It's fine for what it is.

My stay was a bit over 4 weeks ago. I contacted the hotel shortly after leaving because I realized I had left a number of items behind in my hotel room. I'm sure I'm not the first, nor the last guest to do this. I was back in Costa Rica by the time I realized what I had left behind. I told them I was happy to pay them to forward my lost items to a US address. Their communication sucks. Their reservation staff forwarded me to an email to reach the front desk and they've completed ignored me. I'm annoyed and frustrated they don't have a process in place to communicate with their guests and forward lost items. It leaves a bad taste in your mouth when the business obviously is done with you. I won't stay here again and I'll just purchase my lost items again. I don't get it. It's no secret the hospitality industry has been suffering for a while. The least that they could do is communicate with their customers.
