Positives:
We stayed at Sonesta Suites for 10 days. We upgraded from a studio to a 1-bedroom apartment. We were glad we did. The apartment was extremely well organized with lots of space to feel comfortable. My husband and I liked the 2 chairs it provided and the oversized office desk. There was also ample room to store one’s luggage. The apartment was clean and the kitchen provided the basic kitchenware one needs to prepare a meal. Sonesta Suites is very strategically located next to the DART train station which provides direct connection to the airport to the west and downtown Dallas to the east. It was very quiet.
Negatives:
The WIFI was slow and not secure, as it was a public WIFI.

This hotel was super clean! Everyday the hotel staff could be seen cleaning the floors, the hallways, the entrance, the counters, and took significant pride in their work. The free laundry machines, the kitchen supplies and even the comfy office chair!

Almost nothing. The one thing is a staff member [I can't remember her name], but I wish I did because I don't want the awful staff members to get credit for her customer service. I only saw her once while checking in, but she was super sweet!
Negatives:
I have never done so and I really don't want to, but I'm giving 1-star for almost everything because I had multiple issues and I couldn't get ahold of anyone for those issues. There was one nice staff member when I checked in (I wish I could remember her name. I remember she mentioned having a pink desk chair). The rest were jerks and didn't want to look up from their phones, let alone help with anything. Mostly, it was the fact that management/the owners didn't respond to any of my issues. The place itself is okay, but the lack of customer service is what made this a bad stay.

Spacious with very good accommodations. Floor plan design is comfortable and location is perfect.

Only issue I had was the water issue due to weather. They had to cut the water off a couple of times. Will consider staying there again in the near future.

I attend the Dallas Lighting Market, and the Sonesta Simply Suites Dallas Las Colinas was an excellent choice for my stay. The staff was exceptional in their service and met every expectation. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. 5 Stars!

The comfort of the bed. The bathroom was fully stocked with towels needed for 2 days instead of me hunting down a property worker. Peaceful, able to focus on work. I arrived at the location early and was able to check in earlier as requested for $25 fee. However, was not informed of the fee until I arrived.
Negatives:
Needs an elevator at each end of the building. I was last in room 402- 4th floor at the end of the hall which is a stretch of building. I could have parked at the stairs. However, I'm handicapped so I would not have made it up the stairs. I had to park by the front door and walk to the end of the building after getting off the only elevator to the top floor.
