Positives:
Location was great for what we came to do. The kitchen area was good, and the bed was comfortable. I heard no complaints about the sofa bed either. The kitchen did take up a lot of floorspace so the bathroom was a bit small. We had ground floor rooms so we had to leave the ac on to keep the musty smell away. Breakfast was good.
Negatives:
freshen up the rugs or whatever was musty in there. Check the bathroom fixtures for leaks and drainage issues and change the flat hook on back of door to an angled one so that things don't keep sliding off to floor. Most DANGEROUS thing was that over sized tv sitting near counter so close to the bed that we ran into a few times trying to get in/out of the side of the bed. Please figure out a better place to locate it. CASHLESS means no laundry without charging the $2.00 to your phone! OR BRING YOUR OWN QUARTERS!

I liked that my special request was honored and the clerk checked with me that it was fine upon check in. I liked that breakfast was served. And I liked that the room was clean and well stocked when I arrived.
Negatives:
I didn't like that my room door was faulty. It didn't lock right when closed. On another occasion I got locked out. I think the interior could use some updating, refreshing.

Short Term Dallas Stay
Positives:
We absolutely enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel in general. The WIFI worked fine for our needs. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was available daily and the quality was a standard continental breakfast.
Negatives:
Really nothing to complain about. The location, while some might think is out of the way for tourist locations, was perfect for the trade show we were attending at the Irving Convention Center. the breakfast could have used a bit more protein options.

Positives:
the location is about 10 minutes from DFW which is important to us as we usually arrive late and leave early. The property is very clean and quiet. Staff are always helpful and pleasant.
Negatives:
The rooms are clean and generally comfortable, though this time our mattress seemed to sag toward the middle.

The property is a stone’s throw away from Benihana and therefore it lends itself to be in a great location. There are also a variety of shops and restaurants nearby.

I didn’t like that the hotel only offered queen beds. My husband is 6’4” and he couldn’t get comfortable.
