OYO Hotel Jacksboro TX - Fort Richardson

Negatives: Plugs were not safe in wall, no coffee pot, TV did not work, shower was a dark closet and not very hot. P

Negatives: This is the filthiest place I have ever stayed in. Blood stains on the sheets, furniture that could not be used, a TV set with a broken screen, totally gross sink, etc. etc.: just a total crap place. I didn't expect the Ritz Carlton for the place but assumed that boooking.com would vet their properties. I talked to somebody for a partial refund, nothing. Shame on both the property and booking.com.

Negatives: I made reservations in December for the 23 of February when I went to check in they told me they had no rooms available so I had to sleep in my pickup for the night

Negatives: Bathtub diverter needs fixing.

Negatives: Dirty, found a sanitary pad on floor on a visible area. Plus spiderwebs in the room that tells me cleaning is not a priority for this location

Negatives: My “non-smoking” room reeked of smoke, the facilities are in dire need of renovation, the T. V. didn’t work.

Negatives: The photos posted are NOT of this location. The first room they put me in was 124. You could literally push the door open without even touching the handle or using a key. They moved me to another room, room 103. The fridge had cockroaches crawling all over it and the inside was not clean. The comforter was horribly stained all underneath and the lighting is so bad you almost miss the stains on the top half. There were huge, dusty cobwebs hanging all over from the ceilings. The furniture was old and torn up. The rooms were all horrible. Floors were dirty as well. Bathrooms were outdated and had rust everywhere. Curtains for the windows were barely hanging on and dont cover the whole window because they are broken. Room 101 also just pushes open without a key or touching the handle. The management tried to tell me it was okay and safe because there was a camera right by the room. I told them I will not be staying with them and I will get around the cancellation fee for a refund. Barely spoke English and tried to have the property owner talk to me on the phone, which didnt help at all. She stated they are renovating new rooms, which are probably the ones in the photos but they are still under construction and not available yet. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Negatives: We paid with cash in full for our room at check-in. They attempted to charge my credit card again the next day. The man at the desk did not speak English. It was almost impossible to communicate, especially when there was a problem.
