Positives:
Breakfast had very few options, and poorly maintained even with it being inside the office. There is no covered walkway, so if unexpected conditions occur like raining in our case, you should expect to get wet or not eat.
Negatives:
The towels were very thin and rough to the touch. The sitting chair in our room had a chair that had a very large questionable stain that clearly had been there for some time. When I brought it to managements attention, no one seemed to have knowledge of it, which was rather surprising considering they have a sign posted stating you are responsible for soiled towels, or room damage they cant clean or repair.

I only stayed one night, but the bed was comfortable and the room had been updated, so that was great.
Negatives:
When I went to check in at the lobby, the whole inside smelled badly of smoke. I was worried that the rooms would smell of smoke and even asked if it was a smoke free room that I got because of the smell. The front desk said something about people smoking outside so the smell came in, but it smelled so bad I was second guessing my stay there. Thankfully my room did not smell of smoke at all. No gym, which was really disappointing.

Positives:
The bed and bedding was exceptionally comfortable! Best sleep I've had in a long time; in fact I overslept! The room was clean. I appreciated that. The AC/heater worked perfectly.
Negatives:
The best word I have for the hotel and the room itself is "seedy". Looks like the white surfaces received only one coat of paint (wall between bedroom and bathroom). A bare bones room with an excellent bed. The towels and washcloths are thin, skimpy, but usable. Absolutely zero ambiance. No chain lock on the door. At least it had a deadbolt.
