The promptness of resolving things

When I got to the room there was still toilet paper and urine in the toilet The toilet was backed up they had to bring me a plunger I plunged my own toilet the next morning I got ready to get in the shower and there was blood and hair and the bathtub

Room was very dirty. Laminate floors looked like they hadnt even been swept or mopped. The sheets were cheap, old, and musty. The place reminded me of a poorly cared for roadside motel. In a word, it was gross.

Positives:
The body soap was empty. And there was ants in the bathroom. But the front desk staff was very accommodating to us considering there was a huge wedding party at the hotel. Location was nice and easy to get to
