We lucked out that they had a few rooms left during our journey to the eclipse. It wasn't crazy overpriced and honestly, it beat our expectations. The room was clean and we got great sleep. The hotel is off the road so it's not noisy at night. Staff was accommodating when we rolled in at 4AM. I'd say this is better than most hostels I've stayed in and was far better than the hotel chain that we used in El Paso.
