The location, and it's usually quiet. The hotel and rooms are always clean. I have never had a problem with check in, or with bringing my pet.
Negatives:
Really there's only a couple things I didn't like. The first is the bar is inconsistently open, and after a long day out and about it's sometimes nice to sit in the lobby and enjoy a drink.
