When arrived at the property, upon entering the door, the facility had a very obnoxious smell. So i spoke to manager, and one of booking.com courtesy clerk and was told that I would not be charged, since I did not accept the room. After viewing my checking account, I see that I was charged. I will be speaking to management at Home2
