Please post notes regarding scheduled carpet cleans in each room. Only noticed note on the elevator on the day of my departure. Young man knocked on my door one late afternoon about it and we were not aware; asked him to come back but was later charged $250.00 because clean was not done. Manager did apologize and refunded
