studio smelled of pets and for kids with allergies there should be suits that have not being occupied by pets (pets rooms and no pets rooms). Wr also asked for rooms to be cleaned and only one room was cleaned other was not cleaned.

Didnt have my reservation even though I had the email confirmation with confirmation number made over 1 month prior. $100 non refundable pet fee charged that wasnt disclosed before I got there. Charged more than what was quoted by you. Didnt show any empathy or offer any consession. I got emails confirming my check in and questions from you that clearly showed they had my booking. Charged me $13 for a candy bar. Overall sucked
