We enjoyed our visit to Kerrville and the Texas hill country.

The lobby and restroom was clean.
Negatives:
Waited almost 30 minutes for staff. Had a sign up to call for assistance. Called 5 times, and never answered.
Automatically charged the room to the card that I reserved the room without asking how I wanted to pay.
All hotel/motel staff that I've interacted with have always asked if I wanted to use that card or another form of payment. He rudely told me that I should have told him that I didn't want to pay with that card. I was waiting for him to ask me.
I canceled my reservations and reserved a room at the Motel 6 down the street. When I checked in, the hotel staff member immediately asked me how I would like to pay.
I informed him about the Days Inn staff member and what occurred to lead me to their hotel.
Days Inn staff member was very unprofessional.
I was issued a refund.
