I didn't like being double charged for a smoking room that stank paint was peeling off the ceiling over the tub, walls were dirty the baseboards looked gross

We stayed at several Days Inns over our month in Texas and all were good value and well run. This one is tatty. We had issues with the room we booked. The breakfast was poor.
