The staff was very kind and professional and the location was great! Nice lobby and breakfast area.
Negatives:
The room was noticeably dirty (we stayed on the 3rd floor) The sheets were heavily pilled, the carpet and towels were stained and there was mold in the bath tub. Also, it didn't look like the room had been vacuumed.

Fresh fruit for the waffles and whip cream. Rugs in the room and in the hallway need to be changed the did not smell good. The walls are very thin. Could hear people talking in the room right next door. Ice machine too far away from the room.

Check in staff helpful.
Check out staff did not confirm which card would be used to pay and therefore used the wrong one, assuming it was the one used for the reservation. Staff should confirm with customer prior to using any card.
Negatives:
Eating breakfast with paper plates and thin plastic cutlery was unpleasant and a lower standard than expect or acceptable.
