Positives: The price and location were the best things next to the friendly face that greeted me when I checked in.

Negatives: The room floor was still visibly dirty. My TV Remote was behind the bed on the floor which probed me to check behind there and it was a MESS. Old clutter from a previous stay was there which made me check everywhere else. I work as a housekeeper so it’s somethings I tend to spot. I’m not trying to be harsh just a note.

Negatives: I didn’t stay, once I got into the room there were roaches running around on the floor, behind the mirror and on the walls. I called to front desk to ask for a refund because I could not stay with my baby in a room full of roaches. I’m still waiting on my refund from booking.com and have had no response.

Positives: The bed was very comfortable. No bugs. The AC/heater worked perfectly. The water pressure/temp got very hot which was lovely for my Epsom salt soak. I didn’t have a drain but luckily with 24hr desk, I got one with 5 mins.

Negatives: More breakfast options would be nice. Room 202 doorknob got stuck a lot so 1/2 the time the door wouldn’t close. I had to jiggle the handle several times to get it to pop the lock out, or get the lock to go in, in order to close it.
