Nice and clean room, but was infested with bed bugs. Hotel canceled our stay after notifying the front desk about the issue because there were no other rooms available. I would definitely recommend if the bed bugs weren't an issue.

did not let us check in said that my Visa card was not a actual bank and wouldnt let me use it when chime is a actual back they kept stating that it was a prepaid service and refuse to let me use it plus I had already prepared on booking and theyre website did not state any of the restrictions

Overall my experience was great. The staff was nice, friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. However. The bed was hard. The location of the hotel was great, near stores, restaurants and close to the freeway.
