The front desk was warm and accommodating. We were in town to visit our college student and had her friend over to swim in the pool. The pool is very nice and well kept we will stay here every time we come to visit Kingsville.

The security deposit and time lost when they check the room and probably count the towels. We asked for a king size bed and got a queen size.

My room key didnt work on the second day of my visit. I had to go back to the lobby to get it reactivated. I was locked out of the room.

Got call to confirm my stay and said yes and said I was already in town for work ask what time was check in and told 3 and said ok then when I got done working got there around 5
To check in she told me they already charge me a nights stay because I didnt check in at 4:00 ( told the lady I was call at noon to confirm I was still staying and told her what was said and I was never told be there before 4 to check in ) so my card was charge extra and had get that all fixs )
But they did take care of it
