The front desk personnel were very nice at check in. I would give her a 10++++ she was very knowledgeable about the area and very sweet!
Negatives:
Yes, it was not clean and the exterior was not kept up. There was no grass in the areas which should have they were covered all the way around the hotel with awfully tall over grown weeds.

I booked this hotel for my husband for work travel. He said the staff were great. The only complaint he had was that there was a cigarette smell in the lobby and elevator. He said the room was clean and the staff returned every day with clean towels for him.
