Nothing. No phone, no useable tv, no emennities (not even a coffeepot);
Negatives:
everything.....no phone to call front desk about unuseable tv, only 1 light in
ceiling working, hard wooden chair to sit in other than bed, outdoor marquee
sign and lights broken out and not working, not even a coffeepot, let alone a
coffee bar in office.....would not discount anything at all or move us to another
room.

The stay was horrible especially for the 150. price paid just to stay overnight. Was so disappointed

No tv in the room, they brought us one, but it didn’t work. We were told we couldn't change rooms. The WiFi did not work. Phone in room was broken. Dead bugs on the floor. There was a flood of water that came through the bathroom light fixture.

Disgusting. Had to kill 3 big critters when we arrived. Bathroom stained floor and walls. Filthy. Air conditioner vibrated and sounded like an old tractor.

The employees were very nice, but the place was dirty. I mean, you know like dusty they just needed to sweep and do some more vacuuming. There was also some bugs in the room they call him crickets.
It wasn’t safe there only one of the door locks worked .
We did not say there we asked for a refund I could not understand the guy. I hope that we get a refund this week if not, you guys will be hearing from me.

The location is super convenient to stores and restaurants. I only encountered one employee but he was courteous and responsive.

The A/C was off so the room was hot and stuffy on arrival. Thankfully, we had plans. The room was cool when we got back. The tv wasn't working, but after moving some furniture, I discovered it was unplugged.
