The A/C was working extremely hard to cool off the room, but it made the room feel damp and not as cool as you would expect. The showerheads need replacement. No clean flow from the showerhead so it made the water pressure seem low. TV's need updating but ai get they don't expect guests to spend a lot if time in the rooms. Other than that a nice place.

Good location - expensive for what it is.

Location was good, the room was super clean and the outdoor areas also. The pools were cop clean and the plants are beautiful. All the staff was super friendly and so helpful.

Such a peaceful stay with a lovely outdoor area.
Positives:
The hotel itself is beautiful with nice courtyards/pools and nice architecture throughout - including the rooms. Our room was clean and had a double vanity sink. On-site parking in the garage was easy and very affordable.

Great central location, beautiful hotel

The property was gorgeous, people were nice, two options for pools, and the fitness center was updated and nice.
Negatives:
Traffic on the weekends getting there was not fun, the parking situation was not ideal, and the furniture for some reason felt damp when the ac was turned down.

Left my watch behind called said did not find it said room was not cleaned then said it was already called hours after checkout stolen room no microwave had to bring one TV worked a few hours then went out all night would of called room service but phone was not working said they called maintenance never showed went to pool was great till saw cat poop at pool by where wet bar was at hot tub dirty as hell half water toilet flushed took 30 min to refill used trash can to fill it back up outdated furniture and a little TV in suck a four diamond hotel yeah right was better at motel 6 the night before tried talking to manager Sunday employee said she was busy and not dressed to see me really I don't care what your wearing should of taken care of complaint will never go back called in morning about my watch said she would call me back still waiting for Karina Mussendons call back....and my watch Employee Maria was the only great thing about the hotel saw the problems we had.
