There was only one washcloth for two people, and it had fresh blood on it. The sheets on both beds had dried on blood stains. The molding along the bottom of the bath tub was almost completely ripped off, and the drain plug from the tub was used to hold it in place. The carpets were filthy with grime. I do not plan to ever stay at a Wyndham property again, and I will warn my family, friends, and anyone who asks, not to stay at a Wyndham property. The property was nothing like the photos. I did not feel safe with the location or the other guests staying there.

I wasn't even able to pay for my room with the card I provided. And the staff was very disrespectful and dirty looking

I had to go searching for a hotel and pray my son got enough rest for his STAAR Exams scheduled for 8am we arrived around 10pm as we traveled 2 hours to get there after a full day of regular job and school duties at home.

The location is unmatched. Check-in is hassle free. The room I was given was clean for the most part, smelled clean and had a great temperature.
Negatives:
The attention to details. The coffeemaker was inoperative (and dirty), and so did the free wifi. I even called the front desk to inquire and was shut down with a "yes, it does" to my "wifi isn't working". Was assured someone would "check it" and never did. They just couldn't care less about my request. And at 630 in the morning there was already no coffee at breakfast. What?!? That's breakfast 101!!!
