Negatives:
Room 337 … The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. There was something wrong with the A/C unit … it made horrible noises causing us to not be able to get a restful sleep. The room seem smaller from accommodations we been given in the past at this property … the walkway around the bed was very narrow like the bed was almost too big for the space. My husband hit the corner of the bed frame cutting his leg trying to squeeze into that side of the bed.

The AC wasn’t working, and both the rooms and lobby area were very hot. I usually stay here every time I travel for work in Laredo, and it’s always been a great choice. The staff is incredibly friendly, and while the hotel is older, it’s very well maintained
