The room was dirty, it had bugs, towel racks pulled out of wall, no working microwave, and construction until 9:00 at night. We complained from 7:00 until 9.

Easy access, close proximity to everything I needed, quiet location, friendly and helpful staff. Overall, an enjoyable stay. Would go back.
Negatives:
Big deal: The advertised "continental breakfast" was not available, as they stopped doing it (temporarily) 3 years ago due to covid, and never restarted. Small deal: In the process of remodeling, outlet was loose from wall, nothing major.

The whole hotel smelled heavily of smoke. I smoke but outside and the stench in my non-smoking room was unbearable. The room was dirty had warm out fixtures and no chair. The shower was not clean either.
