We rented a room with a jacuzzi in it and it didn't work at all. This is the 2nd time we have stayed there and this has happened to us. It's been several years since we stayed there, so I decided to give them another chance. This will be the last time!
Positives:
The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The room and hotel in general was clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
There were 2 places in the bathroom that needed to be cosmetically repaired. I wish there were usb port plugs.

Staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean in all areas, including the outside parking and pet area. The hotel is pet friendly without a pet fee. We were very pleased with the hotel.
Negatives:
We did not eat breakfast in the hotel as it seemed a bit pricey. I cannot attest to the quality but for the price it should be a very good breakfast.

Hotel employee at the front desk was very friendly and checked us in quickly. The location was great...lots of food and shopping close by. Hotel overall and our room were very clean and orderly.
