Positives: Large and very comfortable and well equipped King Bed room with option to bring our pet dog. Included quite good breakfast buffet with plenty of options to choose from

Positives: The staff was phenomenal I absolutely loved everyone we had the pleasure of speaking to

Negatives: The rooms were very outdated and not what was pictured. The AC didn’t work so the room was very stuffy. The shower door wouldn’t close properly and it would constantly pop open so we had to use half of our towels to dry the floor. One side of the jacuzzi’s jets didn’t work and we paid extra for the jacuzzi. If we were staying for more than one night we would have asked for a room change. The walls were also extremely thin and we could hear the bell from the elevator through our closed door on the opposite side of the room. It made for a very restless night.

Negatives: This place is a dump. Falling apart .No elevators! And refused refund after checking in only to discover NO ELEVATOR. Hallway reeked of dog pee and dirty dogs. Fixtures falling apart in bathroom. This hotel is HORRIBLE!!

Positives: Location

Negatives: One working elevator became no working elevators. Too many dogs barking and hallways smell like dog pee. You can hear every bump and bang from all around. Shower curtain rod is about to fall down (see photos) DANGEROUS! , floods the floor. Asking for extra towels is frowned upon. It’s worse than when I was here the last time. By far. Shared a Bloody Mary from the bar, hour plus later we were both puking our guts up! This hotel is HORRIBLE!
