There was no breakfast. The 1st tv remote didn’t work and had no back over the battery. The 2nd tv remote was taped closed. Took 2 hours after asking for maintenance to come hook up tv and landline phone. Sheets had stains. Pics on website very deceiving. We stayed on 3rd floor, which has no smoking signs everywhere but wreaked of cigarettes.

The front desk staff were rude and assuming. They blamed their clerical error (double charge) on us acting as though we didn’t understand how to book online AND told us if we didn’t have the money to cover the charge they didn’t have to let us stay.
