Not clean floors flooded in room and hallway. Front desk closed like we were in some kind of locked facility couldnt ask question roaches were in room,
no clean towels. Tv didnt work broken off wall had to request for another one only room left.

Just wasnt what I expected for area and name just didnt add up disappointed!

The ma n ager and staff are very rude. The place is nasty w I th roaches and rats and the maintenence, staff and manager should be fired. I had a staff tell me to shut my mouth and go back to my room like I am a 5 year old. The manager did not make it a priority to get the tiley fixed and then handed me the plunger to take care of it. In fact I came close to calling the news and have them do a story on how awful this place and employer/ employees are.

I didn't like anything I could not allow my family to sleep there we left. I shouldn't have paid through booking.com I should have seen it first. The walls where filthy, smelled like dog urine and pet odors through room and the hotel. As we approached our room, we heard so many dogs barking and howls throughout the hallway. We entered the room it was TERRIBLE. very strong chemical smell, broken toilet, dog hair, dog poopstains stuck to the floor, and ROACHES... ROACHES THAT GREETED ME AND MY FAMILY .

Office closes 9:30pm-10am. Sometimes my room key doesn't work and can't get it reset. Shower is old and doesn't work good. No trash can. Sketchy parking at night. Just ran bad, it's a dump.

I booked two nights with my child only stayed one due to the roaches
Negatives:
At check-in front door was locked. Took way too long to finally get the keys( it was already past 10pm). Room was supposed to have coffee machine, but it was not the case. Apparently somebody from maintenance unannounced and not requested open my door at 7 am. Luckily I had security lock on. When I called front desk at 8am to report it, nobody answered. If you are desperate go ahead, otherwise find another place.
