Overall the malfunction of the system wasnt so bad since the staff were super nice. Nice hotel and great location.

Very angry with Booking.com. I reserved a Deluxe Two-Bedroom Queen Suite. Arrived at the hotel and was told they had me down for a one bedroom with 2 beds. Very disappointed and when I showed the front desk clerk my reservation she shook her head and said she had no idea why its not the reservation she has but they did not have that suite. We were expecting a 2 bedroom suite with 3 beds and got stuck in a small one room with 2 crappy, lumpy beds. I took pics of the curtains so everyone can see the blood stain and the hole, no telling what happened in this room. Makes you wonder how much they actually clean if the curtains look that way.

Positives:
Great spot and super clean! Love the breakfast and the room size (2 standard beds) is perfect for 2-4 people. I also love that there was a small kitchen included in our room and plenty of table space to do work.
Negatives:
The bathrooms could have been a little bit better stocked and it was definitely a little crowded getting ready even for just 2 people, but it wasnt a deal breaker.
