Everyone at the front desk was great! The beds were super comfy and they had great breakfast.
Negatives:
AC was not cooling, We woke up during the middle of the night soaked in sweat. Shower head was rusted and barely working. The halls were very loud throughout the night from other guest.it would have been nice we had been offered a little compensation for the AC issue.

Iam a returning customer who stays here 4 or 5 times a year. love the location and the accommodations are decent. I have noticed the wear and tear however, and was disappointed in the access to charging ports

the reading chair could use an ottoman and side table, and there should be more charging ports. the only lamp with a port was across the room from the reading chair. The freezer did not work, which meant that the ice pack for my insulin did not refreeze which is a problem for me. i did get extra ice from the machine and made due
