We stayed here twice about a week apart. The first stay was perfect and the second stay was far from it. The bathroom was very disgusting and they only had decaf coffee pods in the room and their wonderful coffee machine in the breakfast room didnt work.

The pet friendly room smelled strongly of pet urine. And the deodorizer used to cover the smell was even worse. It gave me a horrible headache and made it hard to sleep. I don't know why pet friendly hotels are continuing to put carpet in their rooms

Positives:
Convenient, great location. Nice rooms. Felt like everything was clean. Breakfast was nice with several choices. Works definitely stay there again.
Negatives:
Pillows are ALWAYS awful at hotels. I realize everyone is different but I always hate hotel pillows. Maybe its just me though.

Nothing I would change. It was great.

Check-in was a breeze. Room was very nice, well appointed and kept up. Plenty of plugs for charging phones and laptops.
Negatives:
Breakfast room coffee machine wasn't working in the morning. Coffee was available in the room and staff offered more. Fire Alarm at 7am; staff seemed confused about what to do without providing info to confused guests.
Positives:
hotel employee, who checked us in was amazing. She went above and beyond to help us and even showed me how and where to get coffee that night. You could tell she enjoyed her job! The breakfast was really good and the lady who was working kept everything clean

Couldn't get shower to work

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were nice but needed some sprucing up. It looked like someone had kept a dog in the bathroom as there were chew marks along the bottom of the door. Breakfast was good.
