Positives:
Breakfast was excellent! Staff was friendly and room service was good. Despite being stuffy, the room was clean enough, no mold in the bathroom.
Negatives:
Room was a little muggy, we had to open the window and the room door to let the steam out from showering. The pull-out couch was springy and uncomfortable. The blanket provided by the front desk wasn't very thick and did little to keep them warm.

Terrible pillows. Room faced onto noisy construction site. Shower good. Room not attended - no mention that this has to be requested ahead of time. Staff on duty not informed, either.
