Staff is Very Good. My room was exchanged by my request because the original one had broken refrigerator and the bed cover had stain.

The area does not feel safe. Burn mark hole in the sheets (but a non-smoking facility and room), hair inside the sheets under the comforter, dark brown-ish orange water came out of bathroom sink faucet and took a few to drain off and many more things!

Yes I requested a certain room which I didn't get the room that I did get it had mildew behind the Walls of the bathroom door ran into a couple of roaches the microwave oven was nasty. I had a room before it was nice and clean room 118.

Our room was clean, smelled good, bathroom was very clean. We were very happy with our whole experience, except if you flipped the light switch next to the door it killed the power to the plug-in where the TV was. Bed was very comfortable!
Negatives:
I wish they would have had some stocked vending machines. There was 1 vending machine in the lobby and it had hardly anything in it (they didnt keep it stocked).
