The upgrades are great!
Negatives:
The tub stopper and hair dryer were missing, the dead bolt wouldn't latch, and the cover plate for the phone jack wasn't attached to the wall. I was surprised to find this location was being remodeled. Also, there were no USB ports in the room as before.

It was a little disappointing.
Positives:
Floor 1 of this hotel was completely under construction. There was dust everywhere, no access to any amenities at all. Staff was friendly enough but the employee waiting outside directing patrons was dressed way too unprofessionally. I did not stay and awaiting my full refund

We were put in one of the renovated rooms. The renovation is nice, but very simple.
Negatives:
1. We were originally given a key to room 315. It’s me, my 10 year old, and an infant in a car seat. We get up to 315 and the key doesn’t work. I sent my son downstairs to get the key fixed. He comes back up and the key still doesn’t work. So we all go downstairs so I can speak with the lady at the front desk but she is nowhere to be found. We waited around for her to return for so long that I decided we would just have to leave, find a different hotel, and I’d pursue a refund later. We go back upstairs to get our things (we had left everything at the door). We get on the elevator, get to the first floor, the doors open and the front desk attendant is standing there waiting to get on the elevator. I was able to let her know the key still wasn’t working. She eventually put us in room 314 instead.
2. Part of the reason why I booked this room is because they have breakfast. The property is undergoing renovations so breakfast was not offered. This was not disclosed at time of booking.

Guest from room 304, Our door didn’t lock when we closed it. Trash in the hallways, overspray of paint in the room and the tv didn’t work. The gym and pool was closed as well.

This was the third time staying here. The first was great! Great room, great TV, great wifi. The second and third times, the TV, phone, wifi was non-functional. I reported it and was given a, 'we out-source maintenance and have reported the issue." My concern on the phone: what if I was having an issue and could not call out on the room phone? Anyway, even though the location is perfect, I'll go elsewhere.
