Always smelled like weed and cigarettes in the hallways and breakfast could have been longer than up to 9 am. The shower curtains had black/ mold on them that was nasty.

Rooms are old, the place definitely needs a renovation. Thermostat was duck taped and still did not worked.
The curtains did not have a chain so was impossible to roll it up.

The bed was comfy, and the price was good for our long stay. I liked the waffles for breakfast too.

The hallways and elevator needed cleaning. There was some trash on the floor in the hall and elevator when we arrived, and it was still there when we left 5 days later.

The hotel accommodations were good, room was very large compared to most of hotels I stay in when I travel for business. It would be very appropriate for a family. Price point was very good for room. Breakfast area was very nice and breakfast was very adequate like most hotels. Staff was very helpful and friendly beyond what you find in hotels in similar setting. Cuddo's to the staff. Location centrally located to major throughfares.
Negatives:
This is a fairly new hotel, it is apparent the quality of the facility building itself was less expensive walls allowed for movement of people in other rooms to be obvious. Bed's were not of real high quality either, clean but not overly comfortable.
