It took 20 minutes at 9:30 at night to locate a plug for the bathtub. Lots of excuses and blame by morning desk clerk as to how guests steal them. So keep extras at the front desk, post a warning in the room, add them to the bill, but don’t act pissy when we ask for one.

Staff was super nice. Breakfast had a ton of options and was good. Room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable.

Building seemed like the building could use an update. Shower didn’t drain so it accumulated a couple inches of water.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a great time in the pool, and breakfast was great! Exactly as I had read in the reviews! We chose this hotel specifically for those two amenities. We visited with family in the pool and dining areas for several hours, and everyone was happy and comfortable. We loved the location, and the parking lot was very brightly lit.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The building was very clean.
Negatives:
The only concern I had was the room. Their was a small redish stain on the ceiling and a small redish stain on the yellow chair. That was a bit concerning but not earth-shattering. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

The room was bigger than it looked in the pictures, a very nice surprise. Everything was great, from the staff to the breakfast, the water pressure in the shower and the TV was bigger than most other hotels. I would recommend staying here to anyone.
Negatives:
The only down side was location. It is hidden behind other buildings. But that is not a deal breaker.
