Positives:
No much, elevator was out and second floor ice machine didn’t work also. Bathroom lighting is TERRIBLE and to top it off staff is unhelpful.

The bed was very comfortable. That is really the only positive.

Where to start....The pool was down for maintenance and we were told it would be operational the next day. It was not. The carpet in the room was very stained.
The television did not work at all as all the stations had a "lost signal". Nothing would fix it.
The water temperature was so high I almost burned myself ad the water adjustment on the shower handle was extremely difficult. There were two temperatures, scalding hot and cold. This is probably some sort of code violation.
The breakfast was not great. One of the employees poured egg powder and hot water into the serving pan in the dining area and barely mixed it together. I am not naive to understand that hotel eggs are more than likely powdered but I did not want to "see how the sausage was made". The coffee was actually good.
The worst part by far was we noticed right before going to bed that there was a plastic bag wrapped around the smoke alarm in our room. I called down to the desk and asked if this was something the hotel did. They said no and stated that it must have been a previous guest. HOW FREAKIN' LONG WAS IT THERE???? This is a major safety violation and could have been fatal for my family or someone else. Totally unacceptable!!
