AC did not work. 80 degrees in the room the whole time. Overbooked so we couldnt switch rooms. When we went into the room one of the beds look like someone had been laying down.

Didn't have a remote for the TV and at first couldn't change rooms or give a replacement remote. However, they caught the maintenance guy when he came in and he brought one to us. They eventually resolved this small inconvenience and we appreciated it.
